Return Window
Customers should contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Items must be unused, clean, and in resalable condition unless the return is due to damage or our shipping error.
Return Method and Fees
Approved returns are accepted by mail after authorization. Customers are responsible for standard return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error or verified shipping damage.
We do not charge a restocking fee for approved standard returns. A deduction may apply if returned goods are used, damaged, missing parts, or not packed securely.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or does not match the order, contact us with the order number, photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and provide replacement, refund, or other resolution where appropriate.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be handled as a replacement shipment or a new order after we review availability, product condition, and the reason for the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom, specially sourced, used, altered, or bulk business orders may not be returnable unless defective or incorrectly shipped.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned goods are received and inspected. We normally submit approved refunds within 7 business days after inspection. PayPal processing times may vary.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by our error or verified shipping damage. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless required by law.
