Order Processing
Orders are reviewed after checkout details and payment are received. Processing time depends on product availability, quantity, and shipping method.
Shipping Address
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and email. Business, warehouse, and receiving dock information should be included in order notes when applicable.
Large or Bulk Orders
Large orders may require freight coordination, pallet shipment, or additional confirmation before dispatch. We may contact the customer to confirm delivery details.
Delivery Issues
Report missing, delayed, or damaged shipments promptly so we can review tracking, carrier information, and packaging evidence.
