Scope and Acceptance
These rules govern use of the Titan Giant Industries website, product catalog, checkout, payment, and order-support services. By placing an order, the customer confirms that the submitted information is accurate and agrees to these rules and the policies linked in the website footer.
Customers must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement and may use the website only for lawful personal or business purchasing.
Product Information and Availability
We work to keep product names, dimensions, materials, colors, images, minimum quantities, prices, and descriptions accurate. Images may show lighting or screen-color differences, and minor production variations may occur without changing the product's intended function.
Availability and specifications may change. If a material error or unavailable item affects an order, we will contact the customer and offer correction, substitution with approval, or cancellation and refund.
Prices, Taxes, and Order Acceptance
Prices are shown in the currency identified on the product and checkout pages. Applicable tax and any shipping or freight amount must be shown, quoted, or approved before it is charged. We will not add a later charge without the customer's authorization.
Submitting checkout information or receiving an automated payment notice does not by itself guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment. We may verify inventory, quantity, address, fraud indicators, or payment details and may cancel an order with a full refund when fulfillment is not possible.
PayPal Payment
PayPal processes checkout payments under PayPal's own user agreements, privacy statement, and protection programs. Titan Giant Industries does not receive or store the customer's full card number.
For fraud prevention and delivery evidence, physical goods are shipped to the shipping address confirmed for the transaction. A requested address change after payment may require cancellation and a new order. Refunds are sent through the original transaction to the original payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Customers must provide a deliverable address, email, phone number, and any warehouse, loading-dock, appointment, or access requirements. Large or bulk orders may require freight coordination before dispatch.
Handling and transit estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We provide tracking or other shipment evidence when available. Customers should inspect delivery promptly and report damage, shortage, delay, or an incorrect item so we can review carrier and packing records.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellation is subject to fulfillment status. Returns, exchanges, return shipping responsibility, and refund timing are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy at https://titangiantindustries.com/returns-refunds, which is incorporated into these service rules.
A refund approved by us is made to the original payment method. Financial institutions and payment providers control the time required for a posted credit to appear.
Customer Communications
Customers authorize transactional email or telephone contact needed to verify, fulfill, deliver, support, cancel, return, or refund an order. Marketing messages, if any, are handled separately and may be declined where applicable.
Prohibited Conduct
Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit false payment or identity information, interfere with website operation, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, upload malicious content, or use product content in violation of intellectual-property rights. We may block abusive activity and cancel fraudulent orders.
Warranties and Product Use
Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate for their intended load, environment, installation, and use. Unless an express written warranty is supplied with a product, services and products are provided subject to the warranties and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Titan Giant Industries is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, product misuse, delivery delay, or third-party payment or carrier services. This limitation does not exclude liability or customer remedies that cannot legally be limited.
PayPal, Card, and Legal Rights
These service rules do not replace or limit PayPal Purchase Protection, card issuer chargeback rights, or non-waivable rights under applicable law. PayPal and card issuers apply their own eligibility requirements, evidence rules, and deadlines.
If part of these rules is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. Applicable law governs without removing protections that legally apply to the customer.
Changes to These Rules
We may update these rules to reflect website, payment, fulfillment, legal, or operational changes. The date shown at the top identifies the current version. Rules in effect when an order was placed continue to govern that order unless a required legal change applies.
